2022年金砖国家城市化绿色创新青年科学家论坛参会邀请

　　金砖国家（BRICS）组织由巴西（Brazil）、俄罗斯（Russia）、印度（India）、中国（China）和南非（South Africa）五个成员国组成。自2009年成立以来，金砖国家在重大国际和地区问题上共同发声，积极推进全球经济治理改革，大大提升了新兴市场国家和发展中国家的显示度和发言权。2022年，中国是第14届金砖国家峰会主席国，生态环境部将举办金砖国家环境部长会议。 

　　为落实金砖国家环境部长会议声明精神，加强金砖国家生态环境科技交流合作，生态环境部华南环境科学研究所将组织举办“2022年金砖国家城市化绿色创新青年科学家论坛”，邀请金砖国家及其他发展中国家的青年专家学者，共同探讨发展中国家城市化进程所面临的城市生态环境问题。 

　　一、会议主题 

　　城市化绿色创新。 

　　二、会议时间和地点 

　　时间：2022年5月10日，北京时间9:00-18:00。 

　　地点：会议采用线上与线下结合方式召开。线上采用Zoom Meeting形式，会议号另行通知；线下会场设在生态环境部华南环境科学研究所东区8楼会议室（广东省广州市黄埔区瑞和路18号）。

　　参会人员包括来自中国、巴西、俄罗斯、印度、南非、土耳其、厄瓜多尔、澳门等国家和地区的科研机构和高校的专家学者约150人。国（境）外人员均线上参会。 

　　特邀嘉宾包括生态环境部相关司局领导、广东工业大学杨志峰院士、俄罗斯国家莫斯科国立大学生物经济与生态创新中心博比列夫•谢尔盖院士、印度化学技术研究所文卡塔•默汗院士等。

　　七、线下会场疫情防控要求 

　　1.参会人员报到时应出示“行程卡”（无星号）和“粤康码”（绿码），并配合体温检测； 

　　2.会议期间除发言外全程佩戴口罩，如出现发热、咳嗽等可疑症状时，须报会务组并及时就医； 

　　3.参会人员需严格遵守广州市疫情防控其他各项要求。

　　Invitation for 2022 BRICS Urbanization Green Innovation Young Scientists Conference 

　　BRICS is an acronym for Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. In 2022, as the BRICS Chair for this year, China is poised to host the 14th annual summit of the BRICS group. Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China will host the BRICS Environment Ministers Meeting. 

　　In order to implement the spirit of the BRICS Environment Ministers Meeting and strengthen the scientific and technological cooperation on ecology and environment issues, South China Institute of Environmental Sciences, MEE will organize the "2022 BRICS Urbanization Green Innovation Young Scientists Conference". All young scientists from BRICS and other developing countries are welcome to participate in this conference to discuss the environmental challenges during urban development.
